About us

East Coast Pugs (formally known as Florida’s Royal Pugs) is lovingly owned by me, Dawn Monzel. In 2022, I relocated to Maine to spend more time with my grandchildren, but my passion for raising high-quality pug puppies remained strong. For the last two years, I have been traveling down to South Florida to personally deliver our pug puppies to their families. Now, with the growth of East Coast Pugs, I am proud to expand our reach, offering families from Maine to Florida the opportunity to welcome an East Coast Pugs puppy into their home.

Our adult dogs are an integral part of our family, and every new litter brings excitement to our household. Pug moms sometimes need a little help with their puppies, and we're there every step of the way to ensure they’re well cared for. I take great pride in raising loving, well-behaved family pets that thrive in their new homes.

Families are welcome to FaceTime me for a closer look at their new family member. I believe in full transparency when adopting a pug puppy—our families have every right to see where their puppy is being raised.
